The moment your order ships you will get an email and an SMS with a live tracking link. You can also check status any time under Account → Orders. Metros usually receive their parcel in 2–4 working days; the rest of India in 4–7.

Yes — every serviceable PIN code in India, through our courier partners. Orders above ₹699 ship free; below that a flat ₹49 applies at checkout.

If it has not been packed yet, email support@lumapause.com with your order number and we will amend or cancel it. Once it is handed to the courier we cannot recall it — but you can refuse delivery and we will refund you in full.

Our range is made for all hair, scalp and skin types. The Hair Growth Shampoo, Serum and Scalp Mist care for hair and scalp; the Face Mist and Daily Glow Moisturiser care for your skin.

Yes. Our Hair Growth Shampoo is sulfate-free, so it cleanses dirt, oil and build-up without stripping the scalp. The full ingredient list (INCI) is printed on every pack — please check it if you have specific allergies.

Hair: cleanse with the Shampoo 2–3 times a week, then spray the Serum or Scalp Mist onto a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp and massage in. Do not rinse.
Skin: spritz the Face Mist on clean skin, then apply the Daily Glow Moisturiser morning and night. -
Most people notice a cleaner, fresher scalp and more comfortable skin straight away. For hair, give it 6–8 weeks of consistent use — healthy hair growth takes time.

Our formulas are gentle and doctor formulated, but everyone is different. Do a patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using if irritation occurs.
Returns & Support

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@lumapause.com with your order number and we will arrange a pickup.

Send a photo of the parcel and the product to support@lumapause.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement straight away — no return needed.

For hair fall or a heavy, oily scalp, start with the Hair Growth Shampoo and Serum. For a dry or itchy scalp, add the Scalp Mist. For dull or dehydrated skin, try the Face Mist with the Daily Glow Moisturiser. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
